I have been here since April 2020. Mrs. Thelma has been absolutely wonderful to me. It's an awesome place to stay at. She's always monitoring the park to make sure it is safe and family oriented. I'd recommend this place to anyone passing through or looking for a permanent place to stay. They have really made me feel at home.

My husband and have been here for a couple of weeks now. This place is absolutely amazing!!!! It has everything you need . It has a very nice , clean laundry, very clean bathrooms with showers. Also has a game room & weight room. They are in the process of putting in a pool & play ground for kids. It already has a full basketball court. But I can't say enough about Thelma she is the manager here. Our hose was leaking, I went to the office to see if they had one for sale. They did put it wasn't enough . I told her I guess I will have to go buy one. She told me no come with me. She took me and gave me of her hoses to use while we are here. That's the kind of people you will meet here. You need anything you just ask her. She is truly a gem.

We have been considering moving to Texas and so decided to stay for awhile while on a road trip just to see how we liked the area. We stayed at Shady Acres an it was a great experience. The owners are very nice people and were very helpful. All of the reviews I read were correct. It was super clean and very spacious. I really enjoyed staying here. Thanks for everything.

I have stayed here a handful of times and just wanted to say thank you to the staff for always being so kind. I've been to other parks where the staff doesn't treat their guests very well but this place just has the nicest people working there. It's a clean and lush park. They keep everything up and make sure everything stays clean. I have only positive things to say about staying here. I just wanted to take some time to recommend them.

Great RV Park! I have stayed a few places in the area and this is by far the best choice. I really appreciate that everything is always kept clean. The facilities are in the best condition they can be and they are always super nice to us. I recommend staying here especially if you have kids with you. I think the facilities being in good shape is really important when you have little ones and I felt very safe bringing my family here.
