I have used Conder & Associates for quite a few years, and they are great. Teresa is always accessible and goes the extra mile. One year in particular, Kentucky screwed up my taxes and came after me, incorrectly, for back pay. Teresa hung in there and made sure it was corrected, even though I was freaking out the whole time! And we are talking months before it was corrected. It was some clerical error at Kentucky, so it wasn't her fault. But she didn't charge me anything extra, just made sure it was fixed. So, for my business and my personal taxes, I will not use anybody else. She's like family to me.nnAs for any other negative reviews that may be made about Teresa, I would say that when people get upset, sometimes they over-react. As a business owner myself, I have several negative one star reviews, and they are upsetting when you know you always do your level best. What is interesting about Teresa is that she has almost NO reviews. Why? Because she has never needed them. Her reputation has spread so well via word of mouth, that she really has not needed to market herself. So when I saw she had a negative review, I felt compelled to give her a five star review. And no, she did not ask me to give her this review. She's my friend and my accountant! So highly recommended.

I have been with Teresa for 15 years. She is always accessible, helpful, and on top of what I need. I recommend her highly.

I have never had such an awful experience with any business that has ever served me. Teresa Conder was asked to file sales tax reports, file my taxes and resolve an issue regarding late filings. Instead she wasted 5 months of my time, resolving absolutely nothing, claimed she’d filed an extension on my taxes which I had never asked her to do, then said when confronted after my taxes were already due that she in fact did not file a return. She was completely unprofessional, unresponsive, resolved nothing after 5 months and then billed me for $337. I will be reporting her to the BBB and taking her to court if she expects me to pay.
