What a nice surprise at the end of the world, I mean Texas! LOL. here you will learn a lot of history about the importance of the Sabine Pass during four different times of war. I was very impressed by the phone tour and encourage everyone to take advantage of the resource. I have a video of this park on my YouTube...DudeRV.com
Beautiful park to learn some history, see the channel and look upon Louisiana. We didn't go for fishing, but saw several others fish. Take a nice stroll, enjoy the views and read up on the informative displays.
We were pleasantly surprised at how much information there was here. It was well maintained and we enjoyed our visit.
