My family and I feel their knowledge and accessibility has been invaluable, not only during the initial estate planning process (which we found ourselves navigating somewhat unexpectedly), but anytime we've reached out with questions or concerns. Matthew Smith and John Meister have always patiently listened to our needs and answered all our questions, and simplified for us what could have been a difficult process. Perhaps most important to me, upon learning that my father's health prevented him from traveling to their office, they readily offered to travel a considerable distance to his location to meet with him.
