3rd year going to you great experience . David Polewski was great and actually made it fun! See you next year. Customer service is great. would have put five stars but I feel like it is a little bit expensive because my taxes were so simple but I know what to expect and it is consistent. For the ease of not having to do it myself and also know that it was done correctly I don't mind paying. I just recommend that you ask a lot of questions so that you don't feel confused or that there were any fees that you didn't know about. David was very upfront and helpful and made sure I knew about all the fees and about everything that was involved in my taxes including giving me advice for next year.
