The best Chinese food I have ever had. Never been rudely treated as some have commented. Been eating there regularly since the Kim Son days. Shrimp toast is amazing. Everything is as a matter of fact. If you are ever close to Hillsboro you should give it a try.

Sy’s Kitchen is run by the family that originally owned Kim Sons, I have been going to their restaurants for almost 30 years. Never lived in Hillsboro but would make the drive from just about anywhere because it’s THE BEST CHINESE FOOD! I remember eating at Kim Sons and seeing their young children doing their homework and now they are grown adults working the family business! The food is amazing and the egg rolls are hand made and the best I’ve ever had!!
