I became a member of this gym a couple years ago. I’ve maintained my membership and even moved onto a month to month basis. I asked for the account to be cancelled as soon as I was unable to afford it due to the recent pandemic. My account was INSTEAD put on freeze. Once back open, charges resumed....all normal. When I realized that charges resumed, contacted the gym and prepared to cancel my membership AGAIN!! I was told that I would not be charged for August although a 30 day notice is the protocol. After signing paperwork, and being told AGAIN that I would not be charged...GUESS WHAT?? Charged AGAIN!!! I ONLY ASKED FOR 1 MONTH REFUND...1!! The gym in Whitney, where one of my memberships transferred, DID NOT DO ME THIS WAY! This place is has poor customer service to say the least, no one likes being LIED TO!!
