Went in to inquire about the advertised special of 3 months free with new memberships. Spoke with Rick. He explained that the deal was to receive 3 months free after completing a full year contract. When we verbalized that the deal didn’t really “give” you 3 months we were told “it is what it is”. Rick was very unprofessional, exhibited poor customer service and bad communication. His salesmanship was lacking and he never even offered to give us a tour of the facility. Given the competitive gym market, we expected better treatment as well as a more beneficial promotion.
Moved from Brownsville to Edinburg. Heard about this place and was excited to try it out 12/20/21z Was told my info came up on system and wasn’t allowed to have a one day trial even though I haven’t stepped foot into gym before?! No remorse or customer service from the personnel. I’ll take my loyal dollars elsewhere thanks
Great equipment, facility, location, and price! Lots of machines, weights, and space to do a variety of excercises. Definitely worth
Crunch is the place best place to workout you got friendly employees, clean restrooms and the whole facility is just great. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone
Ive gone to other gyms but this one, i wouldnt trade it for another one! I love how spacious and clean it is! Super big so im never right next to someone. I highly recommend it.
