I scheduled a Rapid Covid test with this location, next day I arrive and they let me know that the system is down but they’ll give me a call back to let me know once it’s up again. I receive no call that day and when I call to inquire about it the next day they let me know that the system was only down for an hour and that they are sorry I wasn’t notified. They don’t know who was in charge that day either. I try to reschedule once again and their location has no open slots for the next 2-3 days. I’m on a tight schedule, work full time and this location is nearest to me but I didn’t know I would go through this much trouble to get tested with them.
Worst pharmacy ever! Your medicine is never ready, & they never call to let you know when to pick up
Prescriptions were sent in by my doctor and for two weeks straight, they kept saying “It will ready tomorrow”. Tomorrow never came so I sent my prescription to Walgreens and had the prescription the very next day and they were very friendly compared to cvs pharmacy. Long story short, avoid cvs pharmacy and pick any other pharmacy that actually cares.
This location has such rude techs... flat-out refused to fill a prescription that I needed for my daughter that same day..I understand they might have been busy, but went to another location with the same amount of traffic and with a little wait, they filled it that same day!!! It's a further drive, but willing to make it...
Don’t waste your time in choosing this pharmacy, medication is NEVER ready for same day pick up. Stating there are so many people ahead yet nobody is there for pick up ...
