Very disappointed with online order. Everything looked great except that they send wrong size on jacket. Order size and package size was correct but the actual jacket size was to big! Ordered a medium and received an extra large.
I picked up an online order in the store. The staff were courteous and efficient. The store seemed clean and orderly and everyone was wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.
When I visited sephora, they didnt treat me well
VANESSA VANESSA VANESSA ! I highly recommend! I went in with my hair DRY , TIPS WAY OUT OF THERE , HAIR ROUGH , DANDRUFF ud83dude2cud83dude2c... and she did the Tea tree treatment, colored my hair, cut and styled my hair and I am BEYOND happy ! I have got PLENTY of compliments and everyone loves the job she did. She helped boost my confidence not only in me but for my hair . I was already ready to chop it all off thinking I had no hope and my god it feels and looks so healthy and amazing ud83dude0d thank you Vanessa and her coworkers amazing customer service made me feel so welcomed. I will be going back to her. I finally found my hairstylist after many years.
They are always under stocked, and their clothing is always messy. The Sephora department never has the products you want and need, they're shelves are empty. You ask for help they always tell you that they're getting a new shipment in a couple of days... You go back in a couple of days and the shelves look the same. EMPTY! ud83dude12 It's a good thing the bad attitude is free.
