Very cute and well done bridal store! Everyone is very helpful and very nice! Sandra was especially helpful picking out my beautiful wedding dress she knew exactly which one I would love. A very quick in and out type of scenario. I know it takes forever for a bride to find her gown but the first one I put one was just right for me! Thank you so much :)

Very sad and disappointed with my experience at Poised Bridal. I chose this place based on all the amazing reviews, so I don’t know how it went bad with my experience.n-the first red flag was when I thought they had already ordered my dress. I called to ask a question about my veil, a month or so after I had gave my full payment and measurements, to have them tell me they haven’t ordered it and they actually have to change details on my dress because they don’t offer it anymore. When we’re they planning on telling me, had I not called???n-I went in and chose a new dress out, had to pay more for it and new measurements. Fast forward a month, they call me I have to change details on it yet again and that it still has not been ordered! What?? It was already February and I had no choice but to change details by bad quality pictures sent through text without knowing how it would look in person.n-I went to pick up my dress. It didn’t have any of the additional changes I had asked for in the beginning! I paid lots of $$ for this. The dress is very long and they insisted I didn’t need it hemmed. I asked about my train, I had ordered for them to include the bustle, they didn’t. They told me I can just hold it in my hand all night when I dance and showed me how to hold it on my elbow. Hmm what? I can’t hold my train all night in my hand.n-I took it as it. My mistake. I’ve been trying to contact them to see if I can go in to see their seamstress. I’ve been ignored this whole time.nnJust sad and disappointed.

Omg Poised Bridal should be every brides go to! From the moment I walked in they made me feel so welcomed! Everything was absolutely perfect, the detail of my name in their dressing area, the patience while I tried on every dress, the photo booth with my bridal party & my saying YES to the dress ceremony was everything!! I’m so glad I found the perfect one here! It was the most amazing experience that I’ll hold on to forever!!
