My husband and I purchased a certified used Infiniti last month at Bert Ogden. We love the vehicle but have been extremely disappointed by the sales staff this far. We can’t hardly get anyone to return our calls regarding questions about the vehicle. We don’t even know who or when to make our first payment to. While the sales process was easy, getting information and the extra key fob we were promised has been like pulling teeth. I am so frustrated!!!

Great experience, the sales team was doing exactly was needed for us to make the decision. Just at signing the deal, some product was push for us to buy additional insurance, that made feel uncomfortable. Overall GreatnExperience.
