From beginning to end, our experience was seamless. Timothy Valdez took care of us! I definitely recommend Timothy at Volvo of Edinburg and plan to stay within the Volvo family after such a positive experience.

Scheduled appointment at 8am for diagnostic. I called in at 9:30am to check the status. The customer service just said your car is still here, not yet start working on it. What's the point of having appointment time? Also a Google map software update caused $300??!!! If you want to buy Volvo, go to some other dealership. Absolutely worst customer service car dealership.

Staff was great; very professional, friendly, and flexible. Would definitely recommend them and encourage you to drop by and see their inventory. We purchased our Volvo XC-90 Here and couldn’t be happier. I’m not afraid of a road trip to find a good deal and most importantly, staff that treats you right. I’m glad I didn’t have to travel out of the area because these guys treated us right and went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. Would definitely buy here again.

Just got Volvo xc90 6T. Overall okay. Unhappy with quality of vehicle.nJust go get BMW or Benz, Cadillac when you spend more than $60k vehicle. I have owned Mercedes, BMW and Audi and Volvo now but would be another level and poor customer service at this location.nBottom line.

I have nothing good to say about this dealership. If you want to buy a luxury car with no customer service then this is the dealership for you. We purchased a new 2020 volvo XC90 back on may 16th and it took them more than 6 hours to process the paperwork on the date of purchase. It is now september 1st and still has not receive the license plate for our car. We have called several times to follow up the release of our license plate and even gone to the dealership several times to request for a temporary license plate but no action has been done. It is so frustrating to be dealing with the people that works here because no one seems to understand or know what is going on. All we heard from the employees are excuses such as delay from DMV or its a problem in their accounting department. The staff are very incompetent and unprofessional. My husband and I own other cars (Lexus and Acura) and our experience from those dealership were nothing but great. We have now resulted to just going to the DMV ourselves and pay extra money to just get license plate. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone unless they want to have a horrible experience after spending over 50k on a luxury vehicle. This is to make other buyer aware of our experience as ours is nothing but a headache.
