I knew exactly what I was looking for yesterday when I visited Payne Jeep dealership in Edinburg, Texas. Their crew were there for me to exercise and accomplish my goal which was trading my older Jeep for a newer model in a timely manner, and in a fair business environment.nMario was extremely helpful. Very nice group of people. I was late for my allotted appointment because I got lost but they told me that it was okay. I got there 2 hours later, I didn’t Wait very long and my Jeep got a free car wash when I got it back! I was there for a recall on my driver’s side airbag replacement! I can say, that while seated there waiting, not one time did they coerce me into trading my Jeep for a newer one . No pressure at all! I will recommend this place to all my friends!
They went out of their way to take care of every detail to get the Pacifica back to Brand-New quality. They were excellent to keep us posted on the repairs, extremely kind and respectful! A wonderful Service Department to work with!!
The team was great! Marcos Martinez helped us and was really nice and answered all of our questions. He and his team got us a great rate and made the process smooth and easy! We left the dealership with the jeep of our dreams.
