Nice location I-10 & Hwy 80, looks like a fairly new building. Easy access, great gas (Exxon) prices and nice selections on snacks!ud83dudc4d
Worst experience ever. They forgot a burger and got one of my drinks wrong. When I tried to call to resolve this issue they took forever to answer and when they finally did the lady I spoke with was rude and had a condescending tone with me. I work in customer service as well and I would never treat any of my customers that way, whoever is in charge of training these people needs to train them better!
Food took a while like around 15 min and was expecting out of the oven cookies they were cold ud83eudd76 2 out of 6 were warm
Busy location (at times ). For the most part from my experience they've been accurate with orders. Timing has been tolerable, (did experience one or two timely waits) Restroom is cleanish.nThe employees seem to be concentrated.
First of all I love McDonald's. my friend and I went there today we both have different preferences on what we want on our big macks and we had no onions on mine she didn't want onions I swear to God there is mustard on mine and she had pickles on hers. She ordered a regular Coke with no ice I ordered a diet Coke with ice the regular Coke had ice and diet Coke didn't. so I was not too happy with the order but you know what the burger was still good all was good.
