This place is by far the best dealership I have been to. Not only did Caleb help us with purchasing a car, he went over and beyond to make sure it was what we were looking for and wanted, what we were comfortable with and made sure we got it. It was completely about the customer for him. Both Caleb and Eddie were amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new or used car (because we have purchased both with these guys) to call and make an appointment with Caleb. You will not be disappointed!! This I can promise.
By far the best experience my wife and I have ever had with any dealership! Caleb is the greatest. Went well out his way to get us the deal we wanted. We've been to quite a few dealerships and it's always a stressful situation. Not here. Very relaxed and easy going. Also Eddie, the finance guy, is wonderful as well. All around a great experience. We will not be going anywhere else for our vehicle purchases. This is our dealership.
Went in for a fast service and tire rotate. They checked out tires and everything. Only had to talk to the service writer, Whom was very up to date on my truck. Said my tires were getting wore down a bit , But would last a bit longer. He then went to parts and got me a price on 3 different tires very quickly. And not just the high priced tires.
I have used lots of dealerships in the past and by far this is the worst one of all. Wrong parts put on and put scratches down the side of my 2021 vehicle. I emailed the owner with no response. Not even a Mgr would respond. Drive further to a store that manages there employees and addresses the customers concerns and doesn’t damage your vehicle. I waited and waited for response before leaving this.nnUpdate: none to give. Owner never acknowledged
Great First impression for sure. After talking with Caleb About my truck and offer this salesman sent out a survey email of how the experience went and Forrest Elder himself offered a open door if any problems or concerns how he could help, and I am here to tell you Forrest went above and beyond to help me and answer questions about my truck and the best options for me. This dealership has earned my trust and all my future business moving forward.Forrest gives the home town feel to a dealership and is more interested in you friendship than a quick sale. Once you come to Elder Dodge you are considered Family.... Thanks Forrest for all the help and treating me like Family..!!!!
