*Rating is for Customer Service* : I accidentally purchased a gift card for this course instead of one in my home state, and the staff proactively contacted me as they suspected it was a mistake. In a world where getting a purchase refunded can be grueling, the staff here made it beyond easy! I've never been to the course, but the customer service is top notch!
Nice open course. Everything clean and tidy. Just moved into the neighborhood and will definitely be back.
The course is in great shape and the greens are in great condition, but the pace of play is slow. The couple times I have played plum creek it’s been a 4-5 plus hour round. You will probably be looking at a 5 plus hour round of Golf.
The staff was rude and made use feel like we were putting them out. We were there for a high school tournament and they would not let anyone that showed up after 8 am get a cart. They made it seem like they were upset having to deal with a high school tournament. I will never pay to play there
2 days here. Course leadership refused carts to junior golf spectators on rainy, high winds day two of the event. My wife is a cancer survivor with other medical conditions that limit her ability to walk a course, but that didn’t matter. We never saw a service cart either day. Grill didn’t serve breakfast until 7:30. Course was in eh-okay shape.
