I had to make a return trip after discovering a plate was left off my order after arriving home. I made an order of 5 plates. I even made sure at the end of the order that it was clear five plates is what it consisted of. I got home to find that one was missing. I don’t live right next-door and made it clear to the manager, Chris, that I traveled a long way to get food and it was of no concern to him. To be clear it was not on the bill, which was the issue at hand. I made it clear to him that whoever took my order had confirmed five plates but it simply didn’t matter...there was no discount or any convenience he could offer me for a mistake one of his staff made and was prepared to charge full price. There was no consolation he was willing to offer. I will never order or dine in at any establishment of theirs anymore. My time nor my money was appreciated. They’ve lost a customer forever. Will it do any good?...I doubt it. As where I was a fan and loyal patron before, I will not repeat the same mistake.
