Wings are delicious, mango habanero but they didn't put in my fries. They took down my name wrong and gave me 2weeks to go back to get my fries. It should be indefinite because it was their mistake not mine.

So tonight was pretty awful. I ordered a 15 pc wing for 2 all flats and 2 cokes. Simple order. I’ve get home and our order is wrong. I just don’t like drums, and our order was full of them. So in this 28 degree weather I go back and tell themnAbout the order. Not to mention the skimpy old order of fries they gave us. I just want what I pay for. So they apologize and the cashier was friendly. No one was rude. I take my order home because it’s starting to rain. I literally grabbed my order from the cooks hands and drive home. Me being trusting once again. I grabbed and left. We live 9 mins away. Our “fresh” food was cold and the fries looked like potato chips.very overcooked and not at all the wings too fries that I love. It was just overall disappointing and not the wing night me and my family had planned.

Wingstop has really gone down hill. Their wings use to be good. Now they seam to always be dry. If you ask for extra wet, they seam to be tight with their sauce. No matter how many times I request extra wet, they never ever do. I have decided for the price of almost $15 a combo, it's just not worth it.

Asked for extra crispy bit it was raw.. no committed employees there anymore
