Ordered fries and chicken nuggets, both items were hard and old

They got our order wrong! This is not the first time a Wendy's has gotten a very simple order wrong either. My nephew gets the #3 large (nuggets) and a 10 piece nugget, one spicy and one regular, so he has 20 nuggets. So I order the #3 and they give me a number 9 or 10, whatever the Asiago Chicken sandwich is. How in the world does 3 sound like 9 or 10??? My nephew will not eat it! He didn't check the bag until we got to Austin. So I couldn't just run back to get a replacement. The person taking orders needs to focus on TAKING ORDERS not on anything else. And if the intercom is that hard to understand, fix it!

Great food but they didn't add ketchup or BBQ sauce like we asked. And we were out at the house. Dry fry problems.

I had called in an order for pick up show up to Wendy's and the drive-thru is backed up all the way to the Popeye's parking lot and the doors are locked. It's already paid for and my only option right now is to wait to 30 or 40 minutes to pick up the food that is already paid for and it should be according to the timetge order is complete and waiting on me.
