The service is slow and the prices a tad bit high. Despite this, the food quality meets the price and the wait is worth it.nnIf you have time, try the fresh spring rolls. You will not regret it. I also had the curry chicken vermicelli. The portion was huge. Well enough for two.nnBeing a friend for a casual lunch or a date for a fresh meal. You won't regret it.
My family likes to come here every now and then. Food is good. Price is right. Kids and adults leave satisfied. I don't know her name, but the woman attending us has always given us great service. My kids love the egg rolls, spring rolls and brisket pho. Vermicelli bowls are always perfect.
The Pho is Phonomenal!
Waitress should be wearing a mask. Water tasted very bad. Selection was ok. Food was ok. Wouldn't return. Better pho elsewhere.
This was one of my favorite places until I picked up an order for myself and some co-workers only to find half of the orders were missing. No big deal, everybody makes mistakes. I called Pho 99 to let them know what had happened. The gentleman on the phone kindly apologized multiple times. He made a note with my phone number and said he would “make it right” with my next order. Today, I arrived at Pho 99, ordered some food and told the employee about the order that was incomplete and that I was told my phone number would be on a list. He called for backup and explained my issue to a 2nd employee. Then a third person was involved. All three people were staring at me for a good 10 seconds. This woman then told me they don’t do things like that. I repeated her response for clarification, thanked them, turned around and walked out the door. I won’t be back.
