They missed up my order. I understand it was my fault for ordering online on a Sunday. But it was my birthday breakfast. I wanted to claim my free pancakes, but found out it was for dine in only. I can believe that is still a rule during a pandemic.nI decided to pay for my meal to still eat something. I waited in the car to pick up my curbside, but no one replied to the text or answered the phone. I went back inside to pick up my meal. It was very crowded in the lobby. Once I got home I realize I had many items missing in my bag. They forgot my blueberry sauce for the double blueberry pancakes and my $4 of 4 bacon strips. This place doesn’t now how to do curbside orders. If you are going to eat here only go during the week inside. Because they do not care about the online orders. If you don’t care about wasting money go to this IHOP.

I'm being generous by giving one star. There were only two other people in the restaurant when we ate there. There is no reason for the filth that we saw. There was food and trash under multiple tables. Many of the tables were not cleaned. When my food arrived, it was cold and had brown avocados. We will never eat there again.

Not bad had been awhile since last visit. But this visit service was good & food came out super fast. It was also cooked correctly which is amazing in itself. Pretty good IHOP location.

Went to get a table and was told there was a 15-20 wait and gave my phone number and was told I could wait in the lobby or in my car, waited a whole hour, literally and ended up eating somewhere else and never got a call from them to be seated regardless. There was literally only one table being served and the rest of the tables were full of trash from previous customers and they stayed like that the entire time we waited, they could of at least said there was a 30 minute wait so we wouldn’t of have wasted our time

Waited at the door for almost 15 minutes before anyone would acknowledge we were waiting to be seated. Than waited another 20 minutes outside before table was available. The only thing HOT was coffee and pancake. The rest of our food was cold eggs, bacon &toast. Will not visit this location again.
