My husband and I hired Centex originally to rip out carpeting and install new flooring in our home. Our original plan was to install ceramic tile with a wood grain look. Travis found a perfect match for us but also recommended LVP as a consideration for the upper floor due to the weight of ceramic tile in such a large space. Again, he went out and found us a perfect color match and a good product; however, also provided us with other options we might like to consider. He was SO thorough and considerate. We eventually decided on the LVP in all of the rooms. I cannot rave enough about how beautiful it looks and what an amazing job he and his crew did on the installation. They truly took pride in the work they did. When we were finishing up the final inspection, Travis meticulously inspected everything and when he found that the step noses were not quite to his standard, he had the team re-do the application to make sure they were exactly right. We probably would never have noticed this, so I was incredibly grateful for his commitment to providing quality work. The team finished everything within a reasonable time at a very good price and we were left with, what felt like, a brand new home. We will definitely use his services in the future and recommend him with no reservations!
