Strength and Endurance Academy is absolutely the BEST gym I have personally ever been a part of. They go above and beyond for ALL of their members. The coaches at this gym, Irma and Chris are great at what they do. They will help you reach and achieve many fitness goals. I recommend this gym to anyone who is wanting to start or continue their fitness journey. It is perfect for all levels.

Irma and Chris are amazing coaches! They truly care about their clients! The gym is very welcoming, no matter your experience or size. They will work with you to set goals for yourself , teach you proper form and challenge you.nThe Gym is following proper guidelines on keeping the gym clean and safe.. Everyone cleans their equipment after every use. Masks are required.

Strength & Endurance academy has best one of the best decision I’ve made......Love the feeling of home once I come in to get my workout ✅ especially with awesome coaches that are always here to help out with working on my proper form with outstanding workouts ❗ufe0fI’m down around 40 pounds and can’t wait for much more....... I absolutely love there atmosphere the S&E crew!! Strength and Endurance Academy has only been open for a couple months and they are killing the game. With Covid currently going on they have been taking every precaution necessary since the first day they opened their doors to insure the safety of all members. They do deep cleaning daily, provide you with towels and sanitizing solution to clean off your equipment before and after use and during classes they make sure everyone cleans the equipment they touched before moving on to a different station. Both Irma and Chris give amazing hospitality to everyone who walks in through the door. They are running such a welcoming gym and are very encouraging to all their members. I definitely recommend checking out this facility to anyone who is looking for a friendly/welcoming open gym or group class environment!

Love coming to Strength & Endurance about 5 or 6 times a week. Friendly and non judgmental environment, with amazing trainers - Irma and Chris. They will make you feel at home but also kick your butt to accomplish your fitness goals ! They offer great options from personal training to group training and open gym. Any questions, you’ll always have either Irma or Chris to help. PLUS amazing deals every month. You can’t miss out on this amazing gym in KYLE, Tx. ❤ufe0f
