I showed up shortly after 5 to work out this morning. My badge wouldn’t open the door and there’s a $50 fee if someone opens the door for you. I guess you have to come during business hours to get your badge registered since they are 24 hours again. My fault for it doing that. But I looked inside and though there are signs on the door and there is a city ordinance in effect, not a single person was wearing a mask. If you are trying to abide by the Covid rules that are in effect, this gym isn’t the one for you. I called today to cancel but was told I’d need to come in to sign something and we will have to pay a fee to end our membership early. Sweet.
Got stalked by staff members while I worked out there so I cancelled my membership about a year ago
I do not recommend this gym, bad customer service.
The gym experience is pretty okay. They have everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. Period.nnThis is a local gym so it shouldn't be compared to bigger chains. It is a bit more expensive than it should be for what you get, but they seem to regularly offer specials, at least during the holiday season.nnAvoid peak hours and it's fine.
Great quite atmosphere. Staff very friendly.
