Not my favorite store for sure. Store seems dirty. The sign out front hasn’t worked in years. Which shows me the business doesn’t up keep their stuff. Great location close to I-35.

So many reasons why this CVS gets 1 star. I have never waited on hold for less than 10 minutes. The drive thru is always unbelievably long. They lose prescriptions and insurance information regularly. I am now driving out of my way to go to a pharmacy that doesn't have these issues.

Poor customer service. I called this morning because I am sick with a UTI and I called to ask if they had the kind of medicine that I need. The lady on the phone said she was the only one there and didn’t have the time to look. It was 8 o’clock in the morning and just opened. How busy could they be? Either they are very understaffed or the worker just didn’t feel like finding it. Isn’t that what a pharmacy is for to help you with the medication?

Very friendly! I feel welcomed and appreciated. The staff all offer outstanding Customer Service! I highly recommend this location to anyone.
