Did all my research and ended up getting a really good deal. Very clean cars on this lot.

Buyer Beware!!! Do not purchase a vehicle from Jacob’s Auto Sales on Windy Hill Rd. in Kyle. I would not recommend anyone buy from this business. They are extremely shady. They sold a vehicle that had the check engine light bulb removed from the dash and once the vehicle was inspected, it threw up codes that would have caused the check engine light to be illuminated. When I attempted to speak to the owner about this, he was unwilling to make it right in any way. It is a violation of Federal Law to sell a vehicle that has had the check engine light removed. Even after informing the owner he was in violation of Federal Law, he refused to do anything and stated that he has been in business for ten years and knows the law. Before speaking to him about the issue, I spoke with one of his employees who stated that we should receive a refund or some compensation on the vehicle. I spoke with this employee again after speaking to the owner and the employee disagreed with the owner’s decision and stated that the owner does things like this often and felt we should pursue legal action which is what we plan.

Very good place to buy a car. I bought my first car back in 2014 and to this day is working fine. Only had minor issues like any other used car. I am planning to buy another vehicle and this is where I am going to buy it. At Jacobs auto sales. Great place and easy financing.

I called ahead to notify when and which vehicle I was coming to see. Was told to come on down. An hour plus drive down, no one there no vehicle. No answer to multiple phone calls, waited another hour since I drove that far, then left. Finally heard back saying it was his day off and the truck must've gone to auction. Do not waste your time if not close. Wasted more than 3 hours of my one day off.
