Rick Satterfield just did an excellent job helping me buy a new travel trailer from RV Land! I needed to buy it remotely from Florida so relied even more on Rick doing videos, sending photos and figuring out getting adequate documentation to me so I could register the trailer in Florida, etc. He never failed to return a call promptly and kept me informed about anything he thought would be needed. As RV travelers far from home we needed a water leak repaired and were fortunate to find this professional and super accommodating service department. Mike, the manager, was great to deal with and able to schedule us for next day service which is a rare find in RV world!. We had some very helpful tips and some good laughs with the RV tech (but sadly can't remember his name). Thank you so much RV Land Service department for getting us back on the road! You were awesome!

We bought our first RV from RV Land at the beginning of January. We could not recommend RV Land enough. We spent several months going down and looking at different trailers. Lou patiently went through them with us every time, happily answering our multitude of questions. When we finally chose one and put money down on it there was a problem. It was a model that was not for sale. They immediately let us know and bent over backwards to help us find a different model that would work for us. I swear it felt as if almost everyone who worked there tried to help us find something that would meet our needs like the one we originally chose. I mention this not as a criticism of RV Land, but as an example of how they go above and beyond for the customers. Mistakes happen, but it is how a company deals with their mistakes that sets them apart. They found us a model that was actually better than what we originally wanted.nAfter purchasing your trailer they also spend as much time as you need going over your new RV with you. They take as long as you need to make sure you know how to hook it up, set up at your camp, empty the tanks, etc. If you just need someone to tell you what that switch does because you’re an experienced owner, then they can do that. If you have a thousands questions and a notebook to write down their answer, then they will do that.nTo finish the review, we took our new trailer out for the second time and for some crazy reason all the tires on the trailer locked up. It would not move. We could not figure it out. I called them and was put through to their service department. He talked me through what to do to rectify this problem and waited on the phone until the problem was corrected. He told me to call him back if anything else came up. We had already purchased the trailer. They did not have to help us, but they happily did. Good customer service is everything to me. It is so easy to take good care of your customers, yet too many companies seem to not care about that. RV Land seems to prioritize their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely recommend buying a travel trailer. We are loving ours!
