Typical crooked sales staff. So disappointed. Negotiated in the sales tax, title, and license included in the price. Once we go to pay the balance is way more than it should have been. $5,000+ over paid for the sales tax and additional $6,000+ in insurance and services we didn't want or agree to. Called to at least cancel the insurance we didn't want, was told it was cancelled. Then never received anything back. Shocker! It was never cancelled. Will NEVER do business with them again. The only good thing about this location is an excellent service department. They seem very knowledgeable and honest. MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK THE NUMBERS!!!

Bought a Grand Design Reflection here last Oct. Took it back for some minor warranty work and they did a great job. Did what they said they would, when they said they would. Austin was my service rep and he was great. Great dealership matched only by the great Grand Design brand.

We purchased our new Big Horn about 3 weeks ago and had a great experience from the sale with Ryan to the walk through with Mike and Scott. The management at ExploreUSA really seemed to care about our purchase. We needed some service on our new 5th wheel and Jason assured me that it would be taken care of promptly and it was. If I need to purchase a new unit in the future or recommend people to the Kyle location I definitely will. Thanks for taking care of us.

Buying from them was great! It was when we took it in for service..... every time I think about it I get sooo upset. Someone stole items out of our RV! A beautiful blanket, a Sensey wax warmer, two yeti cups and matching glasses to our plates. The thing is, no one had any business in our RV because service was done outside of the RV. Beware of sticky hands....we are scare to take in for service now.... we shouldn’t have to empty the RV for fear of someone stealing from us again! I’m mad all over again! Beware!

We had a great experience when buying our 38ft 5th wheel trailer. Our salesman, Ryannand guys from service, Josh and Mark, were very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. They took extra time to help us understand the purchase and operation of the trailer. Since the trailer was used, they went through all of the systems and checked that they were operating properly. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. The trailer was ready and complete at the time promised. Great job guys!
