Love having a Starbucks on the Island. I normally use Island Coffee and really love that there are two coffee shops now. One coming onto the Island and one leaving the Island.
I understand that they are short staffed and wouldn’t mind waiting a little longer for our order to be ready correctly however we had to inform them they forgot a part of our order. On top of our order not being given to us completely they never offered to warm up our food and just gave it us in a bag
Didn’t make one of my drinks right. They tried to make it seem as if they made a grande but really gave me a short in a grande cup and filled the rest with whipped cream.
I don't know why, but it's rare that the app will let you order ahead at this location.
Haven't had a a Starbucks in months... delicious
