At the drive through, we were asked to pull up, 15 minutes later after seeing so many cars behind us leave , I took receipt inside and asked where is our order? Lady said oh it’s here, it was not ready, sitting on the counter with 3 other bags of food, then 2 minutes later the cook hands her a small hamburger (the one with only pickles and tiny diced onions) then she handed me my bag of food, I opened the bag and saw that the fries looked cold so I touched them, and yes they were! I asked for fresh fries and the guy said “what” and looked over to the supervisor and she walked my way and said what’s wrong?, I said we have waited over 17 minutes and now you want to give me cold fires that has been sitting on the counter, so can I get some fresh fries, she walked away and got me some fresh fries without anything to say, not a word. Sad to say you know what your staff did is wrong, at least say I’m sorry or address me like a equal. I worked in fast food industry and never ever did I treat someone like that, even the ones who deserve to be treated rudely.

Big Macs. The iconic menu item. Still somehow managed to put one together with nothing between the bottom two layers of bun. Twice.nnThat's just the thing that made me laugh. The food just isn't up to par whether it be undercooked fries or straight up missing items.

Oh my Gosh! The drive thru took way too long and lines were all the way around the building! They need to do a better job or quicker cashiers to move it along smoother because not even those 2 lanes are helping! ud83dude12

The service is great, the food selections and prices are great, the quickness to get the food delivered is also great. However, the trash can at the end of the drive through window was extremely full with trash pouring onto the driveway. Because this caused people to work to put trash in the receptacle this caused some delay and near collisions. All else was great.
