I really love coming here. I like the atmosphere, the equipment, and the staff. I would give it 5 stars but I hate the hours. I recently found a new job and I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep my membership. They open too late and close too early. I wish they would fix this sooner than later.
I’ve been looking for a great gym and this has been the best one yet!!! The people are so nice and the staff is great and so understanding. Just great all around!!
I used to love Planet Fitness but now the schedule is not convenient. I wish they would at least give us 5:00 A.M. or give customers a prorated monthly fee. I’ve emailed about this before but never got a response. The 6:00 A.M. is a little too close for clock-in time at work if you want a full work out and still have to get ready and have time for breakfast. The other Planet Fitness gyms in the area are true to the hours I signed up for when I signed the contract, sadly our Marshall one is not. They are however a very clean facility and the times I have been able to make it, people are socially distanced.
I never give a bad review but they have earned this one. If you are expecting your gym to be a place where you can feel at home then you will be disappointed. The Manager, Robert Baker, will be sure to let you know he holds your gym comfort in his hands.
Love all of the staff here! Good equipment! I look forward to my workouts here!
