The service gentleman than helped me was kind and very helpful with all of my questions. My husband usually takes our vehicles to be serviced, but was not available, so I took it. Marshall Ford provided me with a excellent no BS experience. This our first time buying a brand new car and Mr. Lee was patient and helped us fill in all of the blanks. We were at the dealership for a good six hours (because I’m hard to sell to) and never felt rushed or pressured. I would definitely recommend to anyone anywhere to buy from Marshall Ford! Ask for Lee!

Saw a vehicle on the site for an amazing price, unfortunately, once I made it out there it had already been sold. However, Salesman Carlyle helped us out and showed us several similar cars, worked with us to fit our budget and wasn't pushy at all. One of the best/simple car buying experiences I've had in years.

I had a very positive experience with Stephanie with my sales lady and Mark their finance manager. I live five hours from Marshall and they graciously delivered the vehicle to me. I did not encounter any negativity with this purchase. We even bonded with the delivery guy who lives in Waskon. I lived in Marshall 40+ years ago and was able to share some memorable experiences in Waskom, Texas. I would recommend these guys to do business with.

So normally I don’t post reviews of anything too much, but after the experience that I’ve had with this dealership there needs to be a light shed on this.nnI was in the market for a secondhand Ford raptor. I wanted to certain color with certain features in this dealership had it exactly as I was looking. After reaching out to Stephanie we were able to work out a deal for the truck. I live a few hours away and was not able to go physically see the truck, so she sent numerous pictures and videos. After making the deal, they delivered the truck to a meeting point and i drive it back home. Everything was perfect! THEN....i get home and try and open the tailgate, but it was not working. I reached out to Stephanie and she got me set up with their service manager and without hesitation, he said that they will repair it. I brought it to my closest dealership, their Service manager called the service manager of Marshall Ford and got everything taken care of. Marshall Ford did not have to do that at all especially since I declined any warranty after the purchase. It’s things like this that make customers come back to this dealership. Honest and integrity. Thank you Stephanie for all your work and thank you Marshall Ford for helping me with the tailgate broke. Fantastic dealership and amazing customer service.
