Good food but should be better customer service
This was a pretty well run McDonald's. Was fast at 11:45am. Food came hot and without any issues. I mean it's what I would expect out of a McDonald's.. but it's McDonald's so I won't give it 5 stars
Was disappointed the lobby is still closed.nnSweet tea was super super sweet.nSome people may love this, this was not drinkable got me, and I like sweet tea.nnStaff was nice.
Don't go and order all day breakfast outside of breakfast hours. You will get served last after everyone in the place. They put all day breakfast items up after 1030 am. I went to the counter twice - once for my coffee and then for the family order. Management offered a free dessert for a 25 minute wait only after going to the counter twice. They weren't going to prepare our food till the second trip. Unacceptable. Go to the McDonalds on Broadway and 59. Forget this place.
MOST of the staff needs to find their personalities. It does not take a whole lot to say “have a nice day” instead of just handing the bag and shutting the window without a word. Every once in a while there will be someone who is pleasant to talk to.
