I've been calling, leaving voicemails, and sending online messages and emails for weeks. No one has returned my calls, my emails, nor online messages. I got a letter from the insurance company of the man that hit me stating they mailed a payment check to the attorney's office on 12/08 but no one has returned my calls when I've left messages. I have been so patient and I'm always courteous and polite when I speak to them but I can't get anyone to call me back. I'm getting worried at this point...

I had a car accident 8/2/19 I was reared end by a large pickup truck. It totaled my BMW sports car I was taken to the emergency room and required some physical therapy for a few weeks every thing was completed in 11/19 now here it is 11/20 and this firm has not been able to settle my claim with the insurance companynThey don’t answer the phone or return phone calls when messages are left. I have spoken to the attorney Max Stovall one time. He is never in the office or return calls the staff is constantly making excuses for him. They keep blaming it on the covid but this happen before the covid and should have been finished long before. Now a over a year later and not settled. I am getting ready to request my file and hire another firm to handle this simple claim that they want 33.3% of but can’t get the job done. For this size of a claim several of my lawyers that I work for said should have been settled in 3 months tops they believe this is being mishandled I don’t recommend this law firm to anyone.

I’ve been a client for a couple months now and the staff is really helpful and professional...they are always attentive and willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions I have.as for the lawyer he is very professional and was there threw my whole case making sure I had everything I needed.. I would def recommend this firm!
