I was pleased with my service received at Zaid & Associates.  No one is complete after an accident like ours.  But Progressive insurance lied to me and did not get me to a doctor for my cervical injury & neck.  John & Joe set the correct appointments to go to.  Most helpful.  Due to other health issues I have, surgery was not an option.  They worked hard and got me fairly compensated.  I have and will recommend them if the need arises.  P.S. You get to talk to people at their office. Not a machine.
