I am always nervous when I have a new person do my hair. HOWEVER, Taylor did a great job!!! She was great about letting me know what exactly she was doing, what products she was using, and was very friendly. Most importantly, she listened to exactly what I wanted. I started going to Shine On Heights because I liked how through their COVID protocols were. I’m usually very hesitant about switching stylists because I don’t trust many people with my hair, but Fryda was FANTASTIC! She was very thorough and made sure I was happy with my cut. I have found my new stylist!

Shine On Heights is great! they fit me in last minute for a haircut which was super convenient for me and when I arrived the staff was extremely nice and very pleasant company. Madison gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a while, my girlfriend loves it which is all I really care about in the end lol

I've been going to see Taylor for over 5 years and I could not recommend her more! I have extremely thick and hard to manage hair so texture and layering are super important to helping tame my hair and she is amazing at getting it just right so it looks and feels great! I've done several different styles with her from short above the shoulder lengths all the way to middle of my back long lengths and they always look beautiful and are easy for me to manage on my own. She is always working to keep up with new techniques and trends. Taylor's color technique is also fantastic! I get compliments all the time about my hair color. It has so much dimension and shine that people always think I just got it done, even weeks later! I sincerely can not say enough good things about Shine On and Taylor. They are super professional and courteous. Their number one priority is to make you leave happy and feeling beautiful!

Chance was extremely unprofessional and rude. We explained to him how we tested positive for COVID-19 the day after being at the salon. He denied that we could have caught it at his salon, also denied the fact that we were concerned for the salon’s customers that they might get COVID after us being there. Chance said COVID-19 is over and that there was no need to call. We were shocked at his lack of empathy for others. Our daughter Taylor has been in tears over this entire situation. Shame on you Chance.
