I just finished up my first month at Union Studio and I have to say this is my most favorite yoga studio!nnThere are a variety of classes and the instructors have all been wonderful.nThe classes are offered at a bunch of different times and the monthly membership is VERY reasonably priced.nnI also really love that this studio is a place for any level, the classes are really scalable (which is probably because of the great instructors). By scalable I mean I can really challenge myself and expand my practice on days I want to feel the heat and try new poses, but there is also plenty of acceptance for taking it slow, or just learning how to even move that way. It is a perfect experience no matter your relationship (or lack of it) with yoga.nnThe location is also ideal, it's got ample parking and as the shopping center is built out there will be tons of fun spots to eat at after class.

I move around a lot and finding a good yoga studio is hard when I am only in a place for a month at a time. That was not the case with Union. I immediately felt welcomed in and comfortable. Kim is a wonderful teacher and the most gracious host you could ask for. The teachers here are all amazing. Each have their own style, but everyone is knowledgable and helpful. This is bar none my favorite yoga studio I have ever been to. I am looking forward to being back in Houston so I can practice here again.

Best yoga studio in Houston, hands down. Kim has intensive yoga experience and puts so much love and effort into this sweet studio! 10/10 recommend.
