Small airport with friendly staff. Usually fly Ravn Air in and out. No problems. Very small terminal with ATM and snack shack that isn’t open very much.
Great pilots. Luggage comes pretty quick and the curb pickup is right there. Rental cars available.
Droped me off at the airport on the opposite side of the of the building from where I needed to go. I had 2 large pieces of luggage. She drove away
Worst airport in the world!!! Got on our plane and in the air when a mechanical issue happened and had to land. After waiting for awhile a plane shows up (since they have one plane) and they proceed to board the passengers who were here to board the next flight out before us. Like seriously!? Tried talking with the customer service agent and after he helps the person before me he takes off and is BS with 2 women in the back... Waited for 20 minutes at the desk with phones right ringing and people behind me and never came out. Now we are gonna miss our connecting flight and have to pay to rebook. Worst customer service ever!! Picture is the passengers after us leaving on the other plane
