I saw this place a while back at Nourish juice bar and finally decided to set up an appointment. They were so nice and even took time to text with me on Instagram (not the appropriate way to communicate with a business), but they did it anyways. I’ll update once I go this week! SO FAR, they’ve been AMAZING!
Well for me my experience has been great. Customer service is wonderful. When you sign up they explain everything to you up front before you sign up especially their cancelation policy. You are obligated for 5 months dont sign up if you think you can't do it. I love going to workout in the sauna and you definitely will get your money worth. I love this place
Love HOTWORX. Working out doesn’t get much better than this.
Enjoyed the workouts but just beware of their poor cancellation policy. You have a 90 commitment plus a 60 day warning to cancel. I tried canceling 2.5 months in because I wasn’t using it enough and they said “well you haven’t met your 90 day commitment yet so how about freeze for 3 months and then see if you actually want to cancel? Well 3 months went by and I still wanted to cancel, so then they said “oh well you have to give a 60 day warning to cancel so you owe two more months of membership”. Very misleading, since I originally tried canceling three months back I would ha e thought that was my “warning”. There is absolutely no reason for a 60 day warning or 90 day commitment except to take your money. Seems too much like a money making scheme - they don’t actually care about their members.
What are your rules about workouts during pandemic? How many people I room with or without masks etc? If you could let me know. Ty
