Jennifer is a highly experienced physical therapist who has done an excellent job helping me recover from a broken arm. She has developed a very effective program using a variety of exercises, some of which I do at home, and pilates equipment to gain back my range of motion. Jennifer recommended I add some targeted massage to my recovery program. Adair, her awesome massage therapist, has helped advance my recovery. Jennifer and her staff are very professional and highly accommodating. Her location in a Houston Heights bungalow is easy to get to. It is very convenient to communicate with Jennifer and her staff; they communicate via text to make/confirm appointments. Some establishments make you feel like you are a nameless patient/customer; at Jennifer Klein, they give you individualized, personalized attention and make your recovery their priority. I highly recommend her services.
The team is wonderful - very personable but extremely knowledgeable. Well versed in different modalities to draw upon, was able to see results after the first few sessions. The team treated not just locally but holistically which has allowed for a long term solution.
Always on point with their craft in PT.nnJennifer Klein and staff are always professional and able to handle any and all injuries that require rehab work. As a repeat client, I suggest that if you're struggling with old injuries or have had a frequent issue, give them the opportunity to successfully address whatever you're dealing with, you won't regret it. I love Jennifer Klein for physical therapy and Pilates and am grateful I found them. The team makes me feel supported and encouraged during my recovery. There is discussion on what my recovery goals are and I am progressing well. Thank You guys ;-)
Jennifer and her team have been excellent after my surgery. They work well together and consistently put patients first. Their scheduling is flexible, pricing is reasonable. Jennifer is really good at what she does and you can see and feel the results. I recommend.
