From a merchandise presentation standpoint, this is one of the better Ross Dress for Less stores in Houston. Store associates are friendly and helpful.nnThis store has a real problem with the checkout process during peak hours. I was in the store at 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon. They had a total of 8 cash registers. Only two of them were open. There were a dozen people in line waiting to check out.nnI was going to purchase a couple of items from their hardware department. When I saw the long line, I laid the items down and walked out. Lost sale.nnThis problem with the checkout process is not unique to this store. Most Ross stores have the same problem.

Who doesnt love Ross? Great prices, shopping center in need of updated. Quite dirty. Couldnt find gardening pots.

I would give it 1 star due to rude customer service but they do have a decent selection of items.nnI checked out and asked a lady by the carts where she wanted me to put my cart for it to be sanitized. She was rude and shewed me away bc she was too busy chatting with her coworkers. She pointed to where the same carts everyone was pulling them from as new customers walked in. They are not sanitizing the carts and that's that's a pretty big deal considering there is a global pandemic going on.nnI found some decent items but a good experience was ruined by a rude employee that just couldn't be bothered when I was trying to do the right thing. My friend and I were both pretty surprised at what happened. Management should address this stat, people need to know you're taking safety measures to keep people safe. Also, just be kind!nnI was missing an item in my bags that I also paid for.

Let me tell y'all something about this Rross this Ross here is a wonderful stove to go toI wouldn't tell anybody not to shop at this one here they got quality stuff they have good stuff they keep it stocked up it's clean the customer service is wonderful I go there all the time and buy wonderful jewelry from them and some of my bags I will tell you to stop by this Ross it's wonderful to shop there at this your dress for less store
