Surprised at the negative reviews, since I got on here to say DYI clothes and customer service are great! Highly responsive, helped me fix an order that ended up being out of stock during their warehouse sale (and refunded an extra shipping cost). Sizing for the pieces I have collected over the last couple years all seem to be true to the size chart.nnThe high shine tights are super fun, very stretchy and comfortable. But those take control tights... they feel like actual butter, so soft! Perfect high rise.nnThe clothes are both designed and made in Houston, which is pretty cool as well.

These tights were gifted to me by Mrs. Carol and I absolutely love them! I love the high waisted band, it helps hide my love handles. Can't wait to purchase more of these leggings and bras! :)

Hands down DYI has become my favorite active wear. Not only are the clothes well made, comfortable, and stylish - but their customer service is phenomenal! I had a small hiccup with a belt, nothing major, and Donna took instant good care of me, sending a replacement right away. She even followed up with a phone call. Who does that these days?!nIf you haven't tried DYI yet, I highly recommend that you do. Everytime I wear something of theirs (which is daily as my closet is starting to overflow with their items), I receive a ton of compliments. I am looking forward to seeing what the fall/winter collection will be this year.

I placed an order for their sale they had for Black Friday. Almost a month goes by and I haven’t received my order. I go to track it and suddenly the tracking number is no longer valid. I contact their “customer service”, to which I receive an automated response. It states someone will contact me within the next 48 hours.nNot only was I not contacted, but I receive two texts, 3 days later. One stating that I’ve been refunded. The other stating my tracking number has been updated.nI reach out via email again, this time requesting a real person respond. I don’t think that’s much to ask, considering they’re running a retail business. Still no response, just more automated emails stating the same exact information that was in my texts. Only difference being they included a tracking number. No explanation as to what happened, no accountability, nothing. Considering this is my first time ordering from them, I would expect a bit more professionalism and better customer service given their pricing.nnI cannot say I will order from this company again considering they cannot respond to a simple email owning up to their own mistakes. I recommend you do the same.
