My fave store in the Heights! I've been a shopper of Favor the Kind since they opened a few years ago in the Heights. The vibe and the employees are very sweet, bright, and fun! This is my go-to store for gifts. I've bought so many things from here, from children's presents, gifts for my coworkers, girlfriends, Christmas cards, oh and of course stuff for myself! Love this store and thankful for their presence in Heights Mercantile! This store is also dog friendly :)

I love stopping in Favor the Kind, even if I don't end up purchasing anything. The store is bright and colorful. I love their selection of products that are ethically made/support charitable work. I also love that they carry Voluspa candles. I recommend that everyone stop in when they're at the Mercantile!

Very disappointed with this establishment. Very cute store that I’ve bought from several times. However, I will not be returning after my last experience. I bought a necklace that cost me over $50 and it tarnished after my first time wearing it. I had not had any issues in the past with their jewelry so my first thought was that I could simply return the item for store credit or have it replaced with the same necklace. They did not accept any returns or exchanges even though the item was clearly overpriced for the quality of the product. Again, I had only wore the product once. The girl that I originally spoke with said she would consult with a manager. I expected for a manager to come up to me and tell me the news herself and to apologize for the inconvenience but she didn’t even bother showing her face. Very upset with the quality of their overpriced jewelry and the customer service given by the manager is lacking.
