Love Outdoor Voices, but it's a shame the discounts only apply online. If you're a student or have a discount code you're better off ordering online for significant savings. For example, the OV Kit is $95 in stores but online it's $75, for students. And the workout dress is $100 in store but $80 online, with a discount code. 2 OV Kits and 1 dress later, that's $60 in savings for my entire purchase. Further, it's unfortunate that the employees don't make these discounts apparent to customers. I get it, their only concern is making a sale--or, as the manager put it, the employees are new and it's due to inexperience. Whatever the case may be, this whole experience does make one think lesser about the company as a whole, ugh.
Didn't end up purchasing anything this visit, but was warmly greeted. Nice being able to see the items prior to purchase.
