Super quick and playing Friends. Loved the print out of what needs to be done on my car instead of telling me a list, giving me a quote, and saying goodbye.
Came in for a vehicle inspection. Completed it quickly and had a very comfortable waiting room!
Worthless place to go to... They just want your money. You ask for one thing and they try to blow other things in your face, effect though they are brand new repair.nThe manager Joshua or Peter, whatever his name is. He said both. He needs to do business more professionally and do what is asked by the customer. Never coming back
The main reason I came here was because I needed my inspection sticker. After noticing the awesome pricing for alignment and the fact that they do A/C work, I opted to dropping it off the next day. I was called and told what was wrong with the vehicle. Being knowledgeable with vehicles, I understood the problems with the vehicle and told them to do the work. When I got my car, I was really happy that the A/C was working (and has been working) phenomenally. Aside from that, it would have been nice if I was giving a breakdown of what I was paying for. Also, I asked for just an oil change (basic) but was charged for their Plus oil change (it includes topping off of fluids). My fluids were not topped off. Also, as clean as they can try to be, there were quite a bit of grease spots here and there. Last, but probably the most important one for me, was the over tightening of the lug nuts on my tires. I was unable to replace a flat due to this and if I was in a worse situation, would have really pissed me off. I would just tread lightly and just make sure they do what they tell you, other than that, it is an OK place if you have nowhere else to go.
You get what you pay for. It is a cheap place for a reason. They are not very knowledgable on anything beyond the basic service of oil change etc.nnAlso beware of all advertising. They do a lot of false advertising. I saw a flyer, asked the technician and he said that was their policy, but then was forced to pay regardless of them not providing any service. Big time scammers. If you have a policy and the employees recognize it, then the managers doing should honor it.
