Went yesterday to get my new car inspected and the owner greeted us kindly despite the high volume of costumers at the shop. Front desk was also very helpful with any questions we had. A job well done with quick service.
Echoing other's reviews of this uhaul rental location. Had a rental for 930a. Got there at 915a found my rental truck. I placed some moving supplies on the bed. Then I went to get my keys from the desk and was informed that the truck was already gone??? They had given the key/rental away in the time it took me to walk from the truck to the desk. I come out and sure enough the truck was gone and so were my moving supplies with it. There were no other trucks at the location.nnUhaul is great but this location is far from it. So unprofessional and unorganized. Oh and they charged CC even though I never got the truck ud83eudd37♂ufe0f
