Victoria C is absolutely awful, how this person is a manager is beyond me. Rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Came to make a return, Kevin K who was helping me and who was absolutely fantastic, excellent customer service asked her to help with the process. She would not help, I did not have a receipt for my return for a product I bought at this location yesterday since I didn't get one.nnRather than helping solve the situation, she was absolutely disgusting and went to another register to keep taking customers while I was forced to wait. Kevin on the other hand did his best to diffuse the situation. Victoria has no business being an employee anywhere in customer service let along in a management position. I will not be doing business with this location ever again as long as she is employed with the company.nnEasyadvice, people like Kevin should be the manager and people like Victoria should never be hired.
Excellent service provided by the assistant manager! He reminded me of my dad, and he was so nice! I’ll definitely be coming back!!!!
The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been here several times and ended up not even needing to buy anything after receiving info or suggestions. This may seem to be bad for business because it didn’t result in a sale -but, I assure you that they’ve gotten NUMEROUS sales from me based on this helpfulness. I shop here FIRST for anything. Most other auto parts places don’t seem to know or care.
