I had lost power in some parts of my rv. They came out at a time that was convenient for me, and new exactly what to check for and how to fix it. Thank you for excellent service!
BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!nnMade arrangements for repairs to my rv and spoke with Mr. Gonzalez who said he could take care of it and would calll me back to set up a day to come out.nnI waited for the call but of course I received no call so I text Mr. Gonzalez to check on the status of when he could come out. No reply.nnThe next day I called and Mr. Gonzalez answered the phone and said that he would be at my location the following day at noon. I had previously given Mr. Gonzalez the EXACT address of where it was and was told that he services that area.nnI had taken off work to meet his appointment. Noon arrived and I received a text from him saying that it was too far for him to drive! After being assured he services my area he pulls this?!?!?nnSave yourself the time and find someone else to do any repairs for you. This guy is a joke and complete waste of time!

Chato is very professional. He will actually under promise and over deliver! VERY RARE NOW DAYS!nGuys I can't tell you how much of a pleasure in is to work with a journeyman craftsman.nI had a 2014 lardeo with floor problems. A local rv dealership referred him as their Go to Guy!nCall him he makes appointments and keeps them.!nIf time line changes he'll let you know.nWhen he's done youll wanna pay him more.nNot kiddingnGreat experience and I highly recommend him and his crews !
