I bought a 06 ford explorer 2 weeks ago, I thought I got a good deal I paid 5,500 I was happy with that. Two weeks later my transmission goes out, now I have pay 2,000 more to get the transmission fix. I was going to recommend this place to my friends not anymore. I would recommend you look for another place to buy a vehicle.
I bought a car for $7,000 for a Kia Soul with 34,000 miles (too good to be true). It took a week to get the car after I paid. He never calls you back, which is very unprofessional. Plus his wife was driving the car even after I paid for it. He said he was going to get it cleaned and never did. Then come to find out the car was in a major accident and the sun roof would leak when it rained. He said he would call me back and pay half for the repairs but he never called back. This place is terrible. Do not waste your time or money. The cars look decent but they're just junk cars to only drive for a couple years.
Don’t bother with these people. I called them asking if they had sent the car title for the car I purchased. They never return your phone calls. They said they would call me back as soon as they can. Only when they hadn’t returned their call after 3+ hours did I call only for them to yell at me that I have the wrong number and to leave him alone? I just called earlier asking for it, them answering they would find it, only to be yelled at over the phone? Very unprofessional.
This is by far the worst experience with an auto purchase ever. Thank God my daughter's card rejected the purchase due to a $2,500 daily limit. The guy with the gold chain around his neck agreed to $4000 for a 2012 Nissan versa. At the last minute he got really aggressive slamming doors along with paperwork on the desk. Trying to scare my daughter and intimidate her into spending $4,500 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
